Hubtown Limited (BSE:532799, NSE:HUBTOWNEQ), formerly known as Ackruti City Limited, is an Indian real estate development corporation with projects located in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Bangalore.In Pune it is building a township of around 1100 flats. Shah and Vimal M. The company was listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in 2007. Hemant Shah was founder and President of JITO.

Hubtown Limited is one of Mumbai’s largest real-estate developers, with over 43 million square feet under development. It has ongoing projects in Andheri, MIDC Andheri, Mira Road, Bandra, Sion, South Mumbai, Prabhadevi, Worli and Thane. Hubtown is a player in public private partnership projects with the government of Maharashtra including large projects in Chembur and Ghatkopar.
